I have a new camcorder, (DXG Luxe Collection 1080p) i downloaded XP codec pack (i previously had a problem with only the audio uploading and not the video)

the video uploads now, but it lags, meaning to say the audio is normal speed, and the vid is in choppy slow motion. how do i fix this?

also, i use ArcSoft Showbiz to edit, and when i open the vid in the editor to edit, only the audio is present (=/)

please help! new camcorder, so many problems (=[)
